nooit meer, zeer teleurstellend voor een small luxury hotel of the world.... betere controles??
De locatie was prima, hotel zag er aan de buitenkant mooi uit, maar schijn bedriegt.
De ontvangst was rommelig, je werd bij de lift afgezet met de tekst. U verblijft op de .... verdieping en dat was het. De kamer was vies, alles was stoffig, m.n. de louvre deurtjes zaten dik onder het stof. Haren in het bed, vlekken op de lakens en op de handdoeken. Het ontbijt was treurig, nog nooit zo'n slecht ontbijt gehad. Daarnaast was het personeel niet vriendelijk, aten we van tafelkleden met vlekken erop, etc. Het zwembad was vies, alles was vies.
