Home away from home
F and B team was able to cater to my daughter’s food allergies. Felt very welcomed from check in through the stay till check out. Staff called to inform of a promotion at the hotel prior to our arrival- they catered to our request for half day extension at half price of room night and even prepared a little cake for my dad on his birthday.
Treadmill in gym felt a little wobbly and unsafe when the speed was increased.

The bed was clean, I had bad experience with another hotel and Majestic was just toooo good for me especially the clean bed sheet.
A/C in the room was centralized, felt warm in the middle of the night. Will be better to have individual control

Fantastic and wonderful memory
It is really really a fantastic and wonderful memory to stay 3 nights in this hotel. I am pretty sure if I visit Malacca next time, I would choose this hotel again!
